Hi, I'm Laura!

I'm a data-driven and collaborative product leader who loves building tools that make people's lives easier and a little more joyful.

Over the past few years, I've worked at Expedia Group driving strategy for our behavioral data platform to help teams across the company better understand how travelers interact with our products. It's been incredibly rewarding to turn billions of raw data points into insights that empower better decisions and experinces that feel intuitive and personalized.

My path into tech wasn't exactly linear. I studied biology and chemistry at Duke, where I also co-founded a social enterprise focused on improving access to healthcare in underserved communities. That experience sparked my passion for using technology and data to solve meaningful problems, and I've carried that curiosity and purpose with me ever since.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors, hiking, skiing, or exploring new corners of the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Sam, and our dog, Charlie. We recently got a camper van and have been chasing mountain sunrises and more remote trails. Photography has been a natural extension of these adventures, a way to slow down, look closer, and share a bit of that wonder with family and friends.
